1. About us

This website is operated by Quick to Review (also referred to as “QuicktoReview” and “Q2R”), hereafter “we“, “us” or “our“.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using anything we provide, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

3. Who can use our service

Our services are provided on a business-to-business basis to organisations and individuals using them for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
You must be 18 years or older.
Our services are offered worldwide, with UK focus. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your own jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quicktoreview.com of any unauthorised use.

5. The service

Quick to Review provides NFC-enabled review-collection cards and an online portal for managing customer reviews. The physical cards and stands are supplied as a one-off purchase; the review-management portal is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Portal access, review dashboards and ongoing functionality are available while the subscription is active.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind (express or implied), including as to:

fitness for any particular purpose
continuous availability, uptime, or error-free operation
results, outcomes, ranking, traffic, leads, sales or revenue
accuracy, completeness or suitability of any content
compatibility with any third-party platform

6. Payment and subscriptions

Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable in all circumstances except where required by UK law.
We may change pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice; your continued use after the change accepts the new pricing.
Failed payments: we may suspend, restrict or terminate your access without notice.
All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated. VAT may be added where applicable.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including (without limitation) the platform, design systems, templates, code, trade marks, logos, domain names, generated websites, imagery and written content produced or delivered by us, remain our exclusive property at all times.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use your delivered site or product only for the duration of your active paid subscription.
On cancellation, expiry, suspension or termination, your licence to use the delivered service ends. You have no right to keep, copy, export, resell, sublicense, recreate, migrate or otherwise retain the delivered website, assets, templates or derivatives.
You do not receive source files, exports, database access, or any right to reproduce our work elsewhere.

7a. Physical goods (Quick to Review NFC cards)

Where you order physical goods (NFC cards, stands, or related items), these are supplied “as is”. Title passes to you on full payment. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless required by law. Replacements are entirely at our discretion. There is no general right of return for custom/branded items.

7b. Customer-supplied content

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use any logos, photographs, text or other materials you supply, for the purpose of delivering the service, promoting our services, producing case studies, and showcasing work.

8. Service lifecycle and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation:

Day 0 (cancellation): your access continues to the end of the paid period.
Period ends: service access is removed.
Up to 8 days past due: a reminder banner appears.
Day 22 past due: service goes offline (no access).
Day 90 past due: all files, data and service are permanently deleted. This is irreversible.

We have no obligation to retain, transfer, or export your data, site or content after cancellation or termination.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate service immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached it, with no refund.

10. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with no liability to you. Common reasons include (but are not limited to): non-payment, breach of these Terms, suspected illegal use, abuse of staff or systems, reputational risk, or if we simply choose to stop offering the service.

11. Marketing and case studies

You consent to us using your business name, logo, site screenshots, and results in our marketing, case studies, social media and sales materials at our discretion. You waive any right to object. If you specifically wish to opt out, you must email support@quicktoreview.com and we may, at our discretion, remove specific references going forward.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind.
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, time, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
Our total aggregate liability to you, for all claims combined, under any legal theory, is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees you have paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
This cap applies whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including:
– liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
– liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
– any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

your use of the service,
your breach of these Terms,
content you supply or publish through the service,
any third-party claim arising from (a), (b) or (c).

14. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK and EU data protection law.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) outages of hosting or third-party services, internet failures, cyberattacks, acts of government, natural events, industrial action or public health events.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this website. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to registered account holders where practicable.

17. Notices

Any legal notice to us must be sent by email to support@quicktoreview.com and will be deemed received 48 hours after sending. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account and are deemed received on sending.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or do business to enforce our rights.

19. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreement relating to the subject matter.
